Successful Events ended 2003 on a high note with the
Launch of the National Health Laboratory Service.
All aspects of the launch were co-ordinated by
Successful Events – the event creation and design,
media campaign, print creation and design, video
production and technical. 500 guests were invited to
celebrate the Launch of the NHLS at their premises
in Sandringham. A marquee village was created to
include VIP and Ministerial Welcome areas. The décor
in the marquee was simplistic and impactful – cream
and burnt orange with bonsai centerpieces. A glossy
14 page programme was produced for the evening to
include valuable background to the organization. A
three course dinner was served, catering for a
variety of dietary requirements without a hitch. The
staging and lighting were spectacular, and all
created within the confines of a marquee –
simultaneous production of the speeches and video
onto three screens and staging to accommodate 30
dancers for the highlight of the evening, a 45
minute production of sketches from African
Footprint. It tied in perfectly to the theme of the
event, Footprints across Africa. |
