Successful Events is proud to announce that it has opened branch
offices in Cape Town and Durban. The company has always worked
nationally and this service has been enhanced in 2008. We have also
strengthened our International Conference arm, and are geared and
ready to promote South Africa as an international meeting and
conference destination, with professional conference organisers to
assist international institutions and associations.
Extensive research has been done on hosting meetings in our
neighboring SADC countries. We are excited to be able to offer this
additional service to our clients. From our base in South Africa, we
now have the knowledge, contacts and resources to coordinate
conferences and meetings across our borders.
8,000 delegates and 156 venues over 9 months in 2007 – all credit
to our Fasset Events Division.
The 12th Annual ICGN Conference held in Cape Town in July 2007
and coordinated by Successful Events has been acclaimed as the best
ICGN Conference ever and a benchmark for future events. Highlight
for international guests was a spectacular dinner in the working
wine cellar at Lourensford Estate. This sought after event is seen
as an important milestone in the recognition of South Africa as a
destination for international investors.
The specialised service offering covers the management
of conferences, seminars, training, roadshows, exhibitions, launches,
social functions, incentive programmes and teambuilding.
The “end to end” package includes the creative design
of the conference or event, an efficient project process covering
all logistical aspects, sponsorship marketing, design of printed
and electronic media, effective communication through a call and
contact center and financial management.
Clients have the option of utilising individual aspects of the package.
